  Been dealing with Dave the past week and has been very helpful! Had an issue with Tabi shoe sizes and had no issues getting them returned & swapped with the correct sizes.
  Prices are very reasonable & wouldn't hesitate to get more items from Dave in the near future.

  Im extremely unhappy with the service, shipping from the warehouse was delayed even though I paid a premium price for express post delivery.
  The Tai Chi practice sword I ordered was red oak with a reeded handle. The sword I received was pine with an unreeded handle.
  I will not buy from this store again and would urge others to give it a miss.

  AVOID THIS STORE! I Ordered a standard red oak bokken for practice and received the worst one I've ever owned. Apart from the bad quality there was kanji from an anime engraved along the handle and they sent me two plastic tsuba used for SHINAI instead of the tsuba and rubber stopper used for bokken shown on their website.
  
  UPDATE: Since posting this review I have received an apology and I was able to return the items I received. The explanation I was given for the mistake was the store is under new ownership and they are still learning the stock.

  I ordered some hardwood, 20 inch tonfa on 4 May this year as I was attending a seminar where I would be learning to use them at the end of the month. On 25 May I sent them an email asking where my order was. I was then called by Dave McDermott from worldwide martial arts who told me that he’d been trying to contact me without success which had caused the delay. Apparently an email had been sent earlier but I’d never responded to it. He said he’d resend the mail, which turned up immediately this time, which I found a little suspicious as I had no record of the previous email anywhere, not my spam mail or deleted mail. It was almost like they were sudenly contacting me because I asked for refund... I was told that my order would be for shipped within a few days, which it was.
  
  Unfortunately what arrived was not a pair of 20 inch hardwood tonfa as ordered and paid for, but a pair of what appeared to be pine 19 inch tonfa. To make matters worse, one of the handles had broken off so I had to re-glue it before I could use them.
  
  The lack of weight due to the low density wood (hence they dent easily) and the fact that they are varnished (so stick to your hands when you are sweaty from training) makes them almost impossible to use. If I they hadent taken so long to arrive and so forced me to have to use them at the seminar, I would have returned them and demanded a refund.
  
  I will be selling these (or probably giving them away as I can’t see anyone wanting to pay for them) and buying some proper ones from a better supplier very soon.i don’t like people who take my money and the ship me a cheap knock-off :-(
  
  Needless to say I won’t be using worldwide martial arts for any of my purchases in the future.
